Tracey joined the team in January 2023 to help support the growing ecology department Tracey has twenty-two years’ experience within the ecological, conservation and ranger industries for both the private and public sectors. Tracey’s past work has included designing and implementing monitoring and restoration programmes on an array of sites, conducting extensive botanical surveys on a wide range of habitats across the UK, assessing and restoring habitats, conducting a wide range of wildlife surveys, creating and implementing mitigation and management plans for various species and habitats and extensive practical work and land management. 

Tracey specialises in botany, habitat assessment and restoration and has a strong understanding of the complexities of conservation enhancements, developments and practical solutions. She is based near Newhaven in East Sussex.

• BSc (Hons) in Environmental Protection
• Natural England Class Licence (Level 1) for Great Crested Newt
