Zenobia joined the team in January 2022 having amassed 5 years of bat surveying experience, as well as almost 2 years full-time as an assistant ecologist, during which time she has gained a range of surveying experience and GIS mapping skills.
Along with working in consultancy, Zenobia has also worked for the RSPB as a bird conservation and visitor engagement officer. Through this role she has gained experience undertaking residential development mitigation in relation to breeding and overwintering birds, with a focus on Special Protection Area species through conservation and engaging with the local community.
Zenobia has a keen interest in the natural world with a particular focus in Ornithology and Lepidoptera, as well as Botany. She also enjoys passing on her knowledge, which she does in her voluntary RSPB role as a youth group leader.
